TripFront has added “Best Price Guarantee” to its list of benefits for customers. This guarantee applies as soon as you book your flight tickets on our website or through our customer service agents. If you get a better fare elsewhere after booking with us, we promise to refund the difference in cost to you. You can call our customer care team @ 1-877-319-2250 to make your claim.
Following conditions must be met before you make a “Best Price Guarantee” claim:
To claim a refund, you must email the required documents to us customerassistance@tripfront.com, with subject line “Best Price Guarantee Claim”. The email must include the date and time of your flight, name of your departure and destination airport/city, name of the airline, cabin class, and airfare.
TripFront holds the right to decline any claims that can’t be verified.
TripFront boasts an uncomplicated cancellation and refund policy. If you have to change your travel plan due to any unforeseen reasons, our services can assist you. We offer you with an option to cancel your flight tickets without any additional fee within 24 hours of booking. A nominal cancellation fee is levied on flights canceled after 24 hours from the time of booking.
Please note that if you have your tickets booked for a flight operated by Porter Airlines or Air Transat, you must contact our customer care for cancellation on the same day of purchase (till 11:59 PM) for a full refund. If you have booked with either of these two carriers and place your cancellation request after midnight, a nominal fee will be levied.
You can request flight cancellation and refund by calling our customer care team at 1-877-319-2250. We send you a notification in the email after receiving the request(s) from you.
TripFront’s cancellation and refund policy does not apply on tickets booked with Low Cost Carriers (LCCs). Flight tickets for LCCs are non-refundable no matter when the request for cancellation is received. This provision for cancellation and refund holds true for all the LCCs listed on TripFront website, irrespective of the refund policy governed by the airline.
Please check our list of airlines covered under Low Cost Carriers (LCCs).
