Please read our Terms & Conditions document before using this Website or its content. Your use of the TripFront Website is solely based upon your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions contained herein and by using this Website and its content you will be conceded to have acknowledged and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. your use of this website confirms your agreement with the stated terms & conditions. Changes to these Terms & Agreement may be required from time to time and TripFront reserves the right to do so at its sole discretion. Any modifications made in this agreement shall be effective immediately upon posting.

General Instructions

This Terms and Conditions agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), federal mediation law, and the laws of the state of your residence, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. TripFront prohibits the use this Website in any jurisdiction that doesn’t give effect to all provisions of this agreement, including, without limitation, this very paragraph.

You (traveler) agree that no joint venture, affiliation, or employment relationship exists between you and TripFront as a result of this Agreement or use of this Website.

If any part of this Terms & Conditions agreement in any way is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of the provisions will not be affected or impaired. Any delay in enforcing the provisions of this agreement at any time does not relinquish our right to enforce the same or any other provision(s) hereof in the future.

These Terms and Conditions amount to the entire agreement between you (traveler) and TripFront (us) with regards to this Website, services and products and your dealings and relationships with us, and it takes the place of all prior/contemporaneous exchanges and communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and our representatives. A hard copy of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall as well be admissible in judicial, mediation or any other administrative proceedings to the same degree and subject to same circumstances as other company documents and reports originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Limitation of Liability

The products and services offered on this website are subject to payment realization before the trips start date. If payments are made via check, air tickets, accommodation confirmation and other travel products and services will be issued only after its realization.

TripFront reserves the rights for the following at any time and due to any reason:

  • To cancel a flight ticket, hotel reservation or other travel arrangements before the travel date, and if the same happens, the company’s liability would be limited to refunding the money paid for the ticket by the Traveler.
  • To change or withdraw any tour or travel product or service promoted or published by the company. The company would have no liability for any reimbursement, additional expense or monetary loss suffered by the Traveler/Group.
  • The company reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion from time to time.

If we have to exercise our right to amend or modify any tour that is advertised on our website or brochure or in any other media platform, after such travel arrangements have been made, the Traveler would be entitled to:

  • Continue with the tour as amended or modified by us
  • Agree to any alternative tour being offered by us. TripFront, in either of the aforesaid cases, should not be liable to any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage or loss being suffered by the Traveler/Group.

TripFront, in no circumstances whatsoever, should be held responsible by the Traveler/Group for:

  • Any accident, injury, delay, loss, higher expense, incidental or consequential damage by any misadventure or similar reasons.
  • Any act, fault of any airline or hotel property, travel service supplier or employee/agent employed by the supplier who may be responsible for the provision of accommodation, meals, car rentals or any other service, howsoever caused. The expression “howsoever caused” here also represents the negligence on the role of any involved person.
  • Any issue direct or indirect arising because of any means out of this agreement with regards to any tour or travel facility shall surpass the total paid or agreed to be paid amount for taking the tour, tour element or excursion, and in no case shall comprise any incidental or consequential damage or additional expense whatsoever.

The prices as quoted in the company brochure(s)/quotation are in USD or its equivalent in foreign currencies.

The company holds all the rights to amend these costs in case of currency fluctuation and changes in various exchange rates or fuel cost before the departure of flight.

Any hike in price must be fully paid for whenever the same arise.

Travelers are liable to keep with them all the valid travel documents such as passport and Visa till the end of tour. In case any travel document such as visa gets refused, expired or cancelled by the authorities, the travelers would themselves have to meet all the forthcoming possibilities bear all expenses arising there from.

A visa/travel authorization may as well be compulsory for International stopover flights. The Travelers are liable to check such requirements beforehand and carry with them all the necessary documents to board a flight.

The cost of flight ticket is exclusive of Insurance Premium cost. The traveler would be responsible to pay for any premium themselves.

All travel programs as well as tour elements on our website are bound by the law throughout the trip. TripFront would have no accountability in any condition brought about by such laws or the act of God.

All complaints must be conveyed to us within 21 days from the tour end date. Claims or complaints of any sorts put across to us after the aforesaid date will not be entertained under any circumstance.

The company, TripFront, will not be accountable to pay any traveler compensation for reduced number of tour days, hotel stays or for postponement, cancellation or re-routing of any specific scheduled transport service due to some reasons such as fog. The rules in regards to cancelation/change and refund would be applicable.

In case of Dispute

TripFront strives to delivering satisfaction to its customers every single time, and thus if you have any issues or dispute arising out of or in connection with the content on our Website, products or services, we will look into them for you at the earliest. In case we are unable to do so, you may pursue claims as explained in the following sections:

By dealing with us, you agree to provide us with the first opportunity to resolve any dispute or claim relating hereto or any our services or products by contacting TripFront Customer Service division. If we are unable to offer you a solution after a discussed deadline, you may seek relief in small claims court or through mediation.

All claims regarding our products or services or this Terms and Conditions agreement or our partners or against our partners or providers with any company that offers products or services through us must be resolved by a binding mediation rather than in court, apart from when you state a claim on an individual basis in a small claims court if they meet the criteria for the same. The same agreement would also be applicable on any claim that arose before these Terms and Conditions were acknowledged and accepted, regardless of whether earlier versions of these Terms of Service required mediation or not.

A judge or jury in case of any claims or disputes mediation is not necessary, and a court review of the mediation award is restricted. A mediator however can award the damages and relief on an individual basis as the court itself.

All mediations shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its own set of rules, which also incorporates the AAA Consumer Rules. All payments and expenses such as for claim filing and administration and mediator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules, except as described in this section. The mediation may be conducted over the phone based on written submissions or in person within the state of the plaintiff’s residence or at some other mutually agreed location.

All proceeding, if any, in the direction to fix or settle Claims will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or delegate action. The Federal Arbitration Act & federal mediation law apply to this Terms of Service agreement. The mediation decision can be confirmed with any court of law with competent jurisdiction.

Forbidden Activities

If we notice any sign of fraud, abuse or any other type of suspicious activity on a user account, we may cancel any travel/service reservation(s) associated with that user’s name, account or email ID, and may close any associated TripFront accounts. TripFront reserves the right to instigate any obligatory legal actions if a user is find, or is suspected to, performing any fraudulent activity. In that case, the user may be liable for paying monetary fine to TripFront, which could include litigation costs as well as any direct or indirect damages. Actions such as cancellation of flight tickets/hotels stays/freezing/closure of an account can be challenged by contacting TripFront Customer Service.

The content, services, and products available on this Website, including, but not limited to, costs and availability of travel services and the infrastructure used to supply such information is either proprietary to this company or its affiliates or suppliers. While we allow our customers to create copies of their travel itineraries in limited numbers for travel or reservations booked – copying, editing, transmiting, distributing, displaying, publishing, reproducing, transferring or selling any information, products or services and software obtained via this Website is prohibited. We disallow our customers from:

  • Using this Website or any information or content hereto for any form of commercial purpose.
  • Making any false or deceptive reservation.
  • Accessing and copying any content on this Website via any automated or manual means for any specific purpose without our authorization.
  • Breaching the restrictions placed by this Website or bypassing other measures applied to prevent/limit this Website’s access.
  • Performing any activity that may or does impose, in our discretion, unreasonably heavy load over our infrastructure.
  • Copying, using or linking any part of this Website (that includes, without limitation, the path of purchase for any travel service(s)) anywhere for any purpose without our permission.
  • Minors (people under the age of 18) are not eligible to purchase, cancel or modify any services available through TripFront

Along with airline, hotel, rental car and other travel service provider costs and fees, TripFront may charge its customers an added fee and the same has been explained below. Please note that TripFront fees are non-refundable and charged on per-ticket or per-person basis.

TripFront provides Special Discounts under its Compassion Exception Policy (CEP). This Policy covers Senior Citizens (> 64 years of age), Military, Youth (16 years to 25 years of age), Natural Disasters, terminally ill, Bereavement, and people with Disabilities.

Refunds and Future Credits may vary from airline to airline and depend upon their airfare rules, policies and procedures.

Service fee is automatically converted from USD to your local currency on the payment page.

Different Passenger types = Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military.

All post-booking service fees, as declared above, at any time are subject to change without any advance notice and are non-refundable. TripFront fees, added fares collected, and other fees and charges are in addition to airline fees and other charges.

Only the final amount on the payment page should be paid by the customer. Government imposed fees and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

Special Services may be requested through us but they are subject to each air carrier and property’s review and approval process.

Name Misspelling is when a traveler’s name on their air tickets does not match with their passport or other valid and accepted government ID.

Visa/Passport decline letter shall be offered to process a request for refund.

Baggage receipts and baggage tags shall be kept safely.

In case of No- Show for flight boarding, reason shall be supported with documents for not being able to make scheduled departure.

For Denied Boarding, the passenger must have the documents explaining the reason of denied boarding.

Duplicate Tickets (copies of all flight tickets, reflecting the exact same itineraries booked on TripFront) is compulsory in order to process a refund request.

Taxes and Fees Charges on Published Airline Fares

Your ticket cost either consists of the Government imposed taxes and fees and any applicable airline imposed fees or they will be itemized separately on the checkout page to provide the final trip cost. Taxes and other charges in effect at the time of transaction are applied to airfares. Any increase in retroactive tax rates must as well be paid by the traveler. In case of international flights, there may be additional Entry or Exit Fees that will be exclusive of fare or itemized separately on the checkout page. A non-refundable fee per ticket is applied to published itineraries that include more than one carrier. Please read about other fees and charges below:

Online/Customer Service Agent Assisted Ticket Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee is charged on all reservations made on our Website and call center agents. A processing fee of $25 for bookings within the United States and $75 for International bookings, applicable over published airfare, is payable by our customers.

Itinerary Changes/Cancellations/Refunds Changes in reservations, if allowed by the airline’s fare rules, may have a change fee charged by the airline that may range between $200 and $300 per ticket. The fee may vary by market, airlines and specific fare rules. Plus, any changes made with TripFront to your itinerary will incur a per ticket TripFront processing fee.

Baggage and Other Ancillary Airline Fees: At the airport, an additional fee may be charged by the airlines in case certain cases such as the number of bags or maximum weight allowed limits as directed by the airline are exceeded.

Some airlines do not have a free baggage allowance. During the booking process, TripFront will provide a summary of key terms of an airline’s baggage fees but travelers are also recommended toconsult their airline for complete information about its baggage and other ancillary fees.

Entry/Exit Fees: In case of international trips, some countries or airports charge certain fee upon entering and/or exiting the country. These fees are not a part of the ticket price, or the taxes and fees we display on our Website prior to purchase. Travelers can learn about the entry/exit fee charged by various countries at
